You are responsible for reading prior to booking.

**COVID-19: Due to the worldwide pandemic, we have the right to refuse service to any client showing signs and symptoms of common cold, flu, corona virus, etc.
To ensure our facility stays clean and safe, all clients must wash hands in hallway restroom before entering the Atelier.
Open all doors with a paper towel and dispose immediately after use.
Please do not wear gloves into the Atelier to avoid cross contamination.
Only 1 client will be allowed in the Atelier at a time. Please wait patiently for the client before you to make an exit.
All clients must wear a face mask. NO MASK NO SERVICE. The Atelier will have mask for sale upon request.
Body Clients, please bring a small plastic bag for your garments while being serviced.
Card information is required in order to book all appointments.
All service sales are final. No refunds.
Deposits are non refundable and non transferable.
Same day cancellations and no call no shows are subject to a full payment of service booked. No exceptions.
All cancellations must be made 24 hours of the appointment and deposit will forfeit.
Please arrive to your appointment 10min early to allow yourself time to find the Atelier, parking, and fill out consent forms if you are new.
We will spare a 5min grace period. However, we have the right to cancel out your appointment if it conflicts with the next client.
No children or additional guest. If a child arrives we will ask you to reschedule.
Please make sure you are not on topical or oral acne medications ( retinol, retina, benzoyl peroxide, etc.). We do not service clients who are on acne medications. Acne medications can cause the skin to lift during a wax session.
Please make mention of all allergies. We will not be responsible for outbreaks. If for any reason you feel you may have an allergy to wax, sugaring, or tinting products, please request a patch test.
